Shipping Policy

• This item is shipped from Hong Kong by the Hongkong Post (Registered Airmail or Air Par), EMS SpeedPost or UPS.
• Shipping cost of EMS SpeedPost and UPS varies according to destinations. Please contact us for specific quotations.
• We only ship to address shown in the PayPal payment.
• Local phone number is required for EMS SpeedPost and UPS delivery, please provide it in your eBay profile, or write it in the note in the PayPal payment.
• If your delivery address is a PO BOX, please make sure the parcel can be delivered into it.
• Tracking number will be sent to your PayPal ID email after dispatching.
• For combined purchases, we offer combined shipping discount by charging the highest shipping cost and offering 10% discount on shipping cost for each additional item.
• If the parcel is not delivered within the expected time, please inform us and we will help to inquire the corresponding forwarder. For registered airmail of Hongkong Post, the whole inquiry process may last for more than 2 months.
• If the parcel is returned in case of non-delivery, buyers have to pay for the shipping cost again for the re-shipment.
• Postage insurance's availabilty depends on the destination of delivery. True value of the products has to be declared as the insured value. Please contact us for the insurance service.
• The delivery time depends on the shipping service selected, and when we receive cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Warranty Policy

• 12-month warranty will be provided, effective from the date of payment.
• All shipping costs of warranty service will be subjected to buyer's responsibility.

Exchange, Refund and Return Guidelines

• We offer a 30-day exchange or refund for any DOA (dead on arrival) items, effective from the date of payment.
• After receiving the returned item, our technical team will check whether it is defective due to manufacturing error.
• Return shipping costs are refundable for successful exchange cases (for non-valid exchange cases, customers should be responsible for all the return shipping costs.)
• We are not responsible and do not accept any damages during the return delivery.
  
  Return guidelines are as follow:-
• The items must be returned in new condition and with all original manufacturers' packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards.
• Buyers should take photos to show the item's arrival condition and how it is re-packed and shipped back to us.
• The returning item is recommended to be shipped by registered airmail. Any loss of postage will be subjected to buyer's responsibility.

Customs

• Buyers are not responsible for any export duties.
• Unless the parcel is insured or special request is made by buyers, in order to avoid customs tax for you, we declare the parcel as "GIFT", with low value and appropriate content.
• Any import tax or confiscation of the parcel is subjected to buyers' responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these potential risk and extra costs will be prior to buying.

Payment Information, Bidding Policy on eBay & Terms

• Your bid is a contract . Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item.
• If you are the winning bidder, you will enter a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Request on canceling the bids will not be honored.
• Payment must be received within seven days after auction closed.
  
• Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
• If you buy and checkout items seperately but wish to have combined shipping, please give us a note. Otherwise products will be shipped within one working day..
